Ingredients
4 cl THE DUKE FC Bayern Gin - Summer Edition
3 cl currant herb syrup*
2 cl fresh lime juice
THE DUKE Tonic Water
preparation
Squeeze lime juice and pour it into a stone jug or tumbler filled with ice along with the gin and syrup. Pour in tonic water and stir gently. Finally garnish with currants, raspberries and fresh oregano.
*Production of currant herb syrup
Makes approx. 500 ml
350 ml currant juice
150 g cane sugar
20g dried oregano
10g red pepper
2 pinches of salt
Heat the juice and dissolve the sugar while stirring. Grind salt, pepper and oregano and add. Allow to cool and strain.
