Strawberry Mint Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

4 cl Pureed strawberries

1 BL Icing Sugar

8 Leaves Fresh Mint

Tonic Water

Preparation

Muddle gin, strawberry puree, icing sugar and mint in a long drink glass. Then add ice cubes, pour in tonic water and stir carefully with a bar spoon. Garnish with fresh mint and a strawberry.
