Ingredients
5 cl White Grape Juice
1/2 Kiwi
7 Fresh Basil Leaves
2 cl Rhubarb Juice
0,5 cl Cassis Liquor
4 cl Ginger Ale
Preparation
Peel half a kiwi, place it in a shaker with the basil and shake vigorously. Then add ice and the remaining ingredients (except ginger ale) and shake. Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice, top up with approx. 4 cl ginger ale and garnish with basil and kiwi.
