Vodka sour
The Vodka sour is a sour made with LION's Vodka, fresh lemon juice and egg white, shaken over ice and served in a tumbler. You will need a shaker and a strainer; allow about five minutes.

Ingredients
- 5cl LION's Vodka
- 3 cl fresh lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 1 egg white (optional)
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a lemon zest.
