Vodka Sour

Ingredients

5cl LION's Vodka

3 cl fresh lemon juice

2 cl sugar syrup

1 egg white (optional)

preparation

Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a lemon zest.
