Ingredients
3 cl Lime juice
2,5 cl Sugar syrup
2-3 cl Blackberry puree
15 Leaves Fresh Mint
Ginger Beer
Preparation
Shake gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, blackberry puree and mint vigorously on ice. Then strain into a tumbler filled with ice and pour on ginger beer. Garnish with fresh mint and blackberry.
The original James T. Hunt recipe uses strawberry puree instead of blackberry puree.
