Ingredients

4 cl Clear Apple Juice

1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Herbal Lemonade, e.g. Eizbach Alpengrantler

1 Slice of Beetroot

Preparation

Pour the gin, apple juice and bitters into a highball glass with ice and stir with a bar spoon. Then pour in the herbal lemonade and place a slice of beetroot on the rim of the glass. Some of the beetroot should reach into the glass so that a little colour and aroma goes into the drink.
