5 cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin

1,5 cl egg white

2 cl fresh lemon juice

2 cl ginger sugar (homemade)



Duke jelly

ginger dust


Preparation ginger sugar

1,5 kg ginger

1 kg sugar

750 ml water


Slice ginger and simmer for 45 minutes over medium heat. Filter afterwards.



Shake all ingredients and strain into a cocktail bowl.



1. Ginger Dust

Blend the left overs from making the ginger sugar, spread on a baking sheet (1/2 cm) and bake in the oven for 3 days at 65° C. Cut in to small rectangles, to get ginger cookies. For the garnish, sprinkle cookie crumbles over the drink.


2. Duke Jelly

125 ml water

125 ml THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin

2 pieces gelatin

Prepare gelatin according to package instructions. Boil water and remove from heat, stir in gin and gelatin. Pour mixture into a flat baking tin and let it cool off. Cut out one piece of of the jelly to garnish the drink with it.
