Ingredients
2 Bar Spoon Lavender blossom honey
2 cl fresh lemon juice
3-5 Leaves fresh sage
Bitter lemon
Preparation
Shake all ingredients, except Bitter Lemon, thoroughly with plenty of ice. Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice cubes, pour on Bitter Lemon and then garnish with lemon zest and fresh sage leaves.
