*Preperation of the thyme-cinnamon-ginger syrup
A few sprigs of thyme
Ginger
A pinch of cinnamon
150 g Cane sugar
150 ml Water
Place all ingredients in a pan or pot, bring to the boil briefly, then cover and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
Fill a glass with ice, followed by thyme-cinnamon-ginger syrup, gin, lime and blood orange juice. Now carefully stir the drink. Garnish with a blood orange or orange slice and a sprig of thyme and enjoy.
