Vampire’s Dream

Ingredients

7 cl Pink Grapefruit Juice (freshly squeezed)

3 cl Sugar syrup

Fresh beetroot

Preparation

Cut a slice of the beetroot  into pieces of about 1 cm long. Put it in a shaker with the remaining ingredients and gently muddle. Then shake vigorously with ice and double-strain into a cocktail glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit zest before serving.
