The Bavarian Hero
Put the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and the mustard in the shaker. Add 3-4 leaves of tarragon and muddle gently. Shake vigorously with ice for 15-20 seconds and double strain into a frosted cylinder glass (highball glass possible if not available) on fresh ice. Then pour in Dry Tonic Water and stir briefly. Garnish with fresh tarragon and a small pretzel for a Bavarian touch.
