Tea Time
Ingredients
1 Teabag Earl Grey
2,5 cl Lemon juice
2,5 cl Honey syrup
1 Egg white
Preparation
Put the gin together with the tea bag into a glass until the gin turns a dark colour. Put the gin infusion together with all the remaining ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Then strain into a chilled cup and garnish with a sprig of lavender.
