*Preparation of the Strawberry syrup
100 ml Water
100 g Sugar
60 g Strawberries (cut into pieces)
Heat the sugar, water and strawberries in a coated pan until the sugar dissolves completely while stirring. Then leave to stand at a low heat until the strawberries also gradually dissolve, stirring again and again. Then stir the mixture through a kitchen sieve and let it cool down.
Only 2 cl of syrup are needed per drink. Simply fill the remaining syrup into a sealable bottle, store in a cool place and use for the next drink.
