Smoking Earl
Ingredients
5 cl Earl Grey Tee
2 cl Grape juice
2 cl Lime juice
1 cl Sugar syrup
Preparation
For a strong aroma, infuse Earl Grey tea with at least double the amount of tea (2-3 tea bags per cup) and allow to cool.
Put all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a smoke bubble*.
*We recommend a fruity smoke flavour, which goes well with grape or lime juice.
