*Production Infusion:
350 ml THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
10 g Hibiscus flowers (dried)
Put them together in a container and let them steep for about 2 hours. Strain through a sieve and pour into a glass bottle.
Pour the Hibiscus Infused Gin into a long drink glass filled with ice, top up with Kombucha Gunpowder Mint and top with tonic water. Stir briefly and garnish with a sprig of mint and hibiscus flowers.
