*Preparation of the Infusion:
75g Butter and 20g sage leaves for 700 ml Gin
Add liquid sage butter to the gin and leave to steep for 15 minutes. Then put it in the freezer until the butter has set and can be filtered.
Shake all ingredients vigorously on ice cubes and pour into a pre-cooled guest glass. Add a shot of soda and spray with some orange blossom water. Garnish with a sage leaf.
