Ingredients

6 Physalis

1 cl Cordial

8 cl Cranberry Nectar

4 cl Freshly Pressed Orange Juice

Preparation

Remove the leaf ‘wrapper’ from the physalis and muddle the fruit in a shaker. Then add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Doublestrain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a physalis.
