Mrs. Melon

Put approx. 250 g of watermelon pulp into a cocktail shaker. Cut the lemongrass into approx. 1 cm pieces and shake vigorously together with the watermelon in the shaker until the melon is liquid. Squeeze in half the lemon, add the juice together with the gin and shake everything again with ice. Then double-strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a piece of melon.
