*Preparation of the Rosemary syrup
3 Sprigs of fresh rosemary
100 g Sugar
100 ml Water
Heat the sugar, water and a sprig of rosemary in a coated pan until the sugar is completely dissolved while stirring. Then let it stand for 3 minutes at a low heat, stirring again and again. Remove the rosemary sprig and let the syrup cool down.
Only 2 cl syrup are needed per drink. Simply pour the remaining syrup into a sealable bottle, store in a cool place and use for your next drinks.
