Mary & The Bacon
Put all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain the drink into a pre-cooled long drink glass. Then garnish with a celery stick and a slice of crispy bacon. Finally, sprinkle a pinch of Italian herbs, salt and freshly ground pepper over it.
*Production of the Infusion:
Bake a few slices of bacon in the oven at 180°C on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Pour the cooled bacon and excess fat into a sealable preserving jar and top up with LION’s Munich Handcrafted Vodka. Close the jar and shake well.
Leave to rest in the refrigerator for a week.
Open the glass and remove the fat floating on top with a spoon. Place a fine sieve over a clean preserving jar and also place a coffee filter over it. Sieve the LION’s Vodka Bacon Infusion into the glass.
