Mango Matcha Man
Ingredients
3 cl Lime juice
1,5 cl Sugar syrup
1/2 Mango
1 tsp. Matcha powder
1 tsp. Sea salt
Preparation
Mix Matcha powder and sea salt in a small, flat bowl. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip into the bowl with the Matcha power and sea salt mixture. Shake off any excess. Cut half the mango into pieces and muddle in a shaker. Add ice, gin, sugar syrup and lime juice and shake vigorously. Pour through a strainer into the prepared glass.
