Ingredients

2 cl Lime Juice

3 cl Miso Cream Reduction**

2 Dash Ms Better‘s Bitter Chocolate

Dark Chocolate Crusta***

Preparation

Shake all ingredients vigorously on ice and strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with baby’s breath.

 

*Salted LION’s Vodka

Depending on taste, LION’s Vodka can be pre-salted (e.g. 25 g to 70 cl) or the salt can be added separately to the shaker.

 

**How to make the Miso Cream Reduction

1 l Cream

850 g Sugar

2,5 EL Miso Paste

Bring all ingredients to the boil while stirring until the miso paste has dissolved. Then let it cool down and fill it into a clean container. Store in a cool place.

 

*** How to make the Dark Chocolate Crusta

Heat dark chocolate and dip the edge of the guest glass into the liquid chocolate. Then place directly in the refrigerator (not in the freezer).
