Ingredients

8 cl Prosecco

2 cl Soda Water

1 Dash Fresh Lemon Juice

10 Blueberries

10 Dark Grapes

1/2 Stalk of Lavender

Preparation

Place the blueberries, grapes and half a stalk of lavender in a cocktail shaker and muddle vigorously. Then shake with lemon juice, gin and ice and double strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Carefully add prosecco and soda and garnish with grapes and blueberries.
