LION’s Gingerbread Latte
Crumble one of the two gingerbread pieces in a small, flat dish. Rub the rim of a cocktail bowl with some sugar syrup and dip it into the bowl with the crumbled gingerbread. Shake off any excess. Cut the second gingerbread into small pieces and put it in a shaker with the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously on ice. Finally, double-strain everything into the prepared cocktail glass.
