LION’s & Cucumber
Mix vodka, syrup and Clarified Lime in a glass with ice, top up with soda and stir again. Finally garnish with slices of cucumber and blossom.
*Preparation of the fermented cucumber syrup:
Slice 1 cucumber, add 1 teaspoon salt. Vacuum the whole thing and let it ferment for four weeks, then press the cucumbers through a sieve and collect the juice. Boil up 1:1 with sugar to a syrup.
