*Preparation of the Lavender syrup:
6 g dried lavender
100 ml Water
100 g Sugar
Heat lavender and water in a coated pan until the water boils. Then turn the heat down and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. Then remove from the heat and leave to stand for a further 20 minutes. Filter out the lavender flowers. In the second step, add sugar and mix together by stirring over a low heat. Finally let the syrup cool down.
Only 2 cl of syrup are needed per drink. Simply pour the remaining syrup into a sealable bottle, store in a cool place and use for the next drinks.
