Kiosk Mule – Slushy
Ingredients
2 cl Sugar syrup
2 cl Lime juice
3 Squeeze Mango puree
3 Squeeze Calamannsi puree
5 cl Ginger beer
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a slushy machine and let it cool down to the desired consistency. Then pour into a long drink glass or tumbler and garnish as desired.
Alternatively the Kiosk Mule can be mixed as a normal drink. To do this, shake all ingredients vigorously on ice, pour into a long drink glass or tumbler filled with ice and garnish as desired.
