Juicy Delight
Ingredients
2 Ripe pears
1 Green apple
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Dash Soda water
Preparation
Deseed the pears and apple and then put them into the juicer, then immediately mix the lemon juice with the apple-pear juice. Shake the juice, gin and honey, pour into a glass filled with ice, top with soda and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
