Slowly heat THE DUKE Entgeistert together with the cranberry juice, lime juice and cinnamon syrup (do not boil). Pour hot into a cup, garnish with a cinnamon stick and pear slices if desired.
*Cinnamon syrup is commercially available from brands such as “Monin” and “Giffard”. But you can also easily make it yourself – heat 1 litre of water in a pot together with 1 kg of sugar and 300 g of cinnamon until the sugar has dissolved. Boil briefly and leave to infuse for 10 minutes – done!
