Hibiscus Vodka Sour
Put vodka, lemon juice, sugar syrup and the egg white into a shaker and shake vigorously on ice. For more foam, strain ice and shake again dry. Then double-strain into a tumbler or cocktail glass and garnish with a hibiscus flower.
The cocktail can be served on ice or without ice in a glass.
*Preparation of the Hibiscus infused Vodka:
Put 5 – 8 dried hibiscus flowers into a 0.7 l bottle of LION’s Vodka and let it steep for about 1 hour until the vodka has reached the desired colour. Then strain.
For smaller quantities reduce accordingly: for a drink with 5 cl vodka 1-2 hibiscus flowers are sufficient.
