*Production Hibiscus Syrup
230 ml Water
120 g Sugar
85 g Hibiskus flowers (dried)
Heat water and sugar in a pan until the sugar dissolves completely. Add dried hibiscus flowers and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. Stir again and again in between. Remove the pan from the heat and leave to stand for another 20 minutes. Finally strain the syrup into a glass bottle.
