Green Hornet
Ingredients
2,5 cl Lime juice
1,5 cl Sugar syrup
1 Kiwi
13 Leaves Fresh tarragon
Soda water
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a shaker and muddle. Add ice and shake vigorously. Then double strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and pour soda over it. Garnish with a lime zest and tarragon.
