Green Gin Slushie
Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Peel and fillet the limes (remove skin) and also cut them roughly. Then put them into a freezer bag with the cucumber pieces and freeze overnight. Put the frozen ingredients together with the mint and ice cubes into a blender and mix until a coarse mass is formed.
Mix the sugar with a tablespoon of hot water until the sugar is dissolved; then add it to the blender together with the gin. Blend until everything reaches an even, fine consistency. Pour into a glass, garnish with a slice of cucumber and serve immediately.
