*Preparation of the Infusion:
70cl of THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
1 Teaspoon of dried Lavenderblossoms
Let the infusion stand for 15 minutes. Then strain the lavender infusion twice.
Put all ingredients into long drink glass filled with ice and garnish the gin tonic with rosemary & lemon zest. By lightly tapping the rosemary, its aromas will unfold even better in the drink.
