
Gin Basil Spritz
Ingredients
7 cl Prosecco
2 cl Soda Water
2 cl THE DUKE Tonic Water
1 cl Fresh Lime Juice
1 cl Sugar Syrup
15 Leaves Basil
Preparation
Place the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker, add the gin and shake vigorously. Then shake with lime juice, sugar syrup and ice. Double strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Carefully add prosecco, soda and tonic water. Lately garnish with basil.
