Chop 1/3 of a ripe flat peach into smal pieces and put it in a shaker together with THE DUKE Entgeistert and the honey. Remove the needles from a stalk of rosemary, add to the shaker and shake. Add the lime juice and mango juice and shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a frosted cocktail glas and garnish with a flamed rosemary sprig.
If desired, the drink can be complemented with 2 cl tonic water or prosecco.
