3 cl White Port

2 cl Verjus

1 cl Creme de Cacao

1 Dash Angostura

1 Bar Spoon Creme de Mente

Preparation

Shake all ingredients on ice and then finestraine them into a long drink glass filled with ice. Add 1 dash of soda and squirt with an orange zest. Finally, garnish with mint, chocolate flakes and orange zest.
