*Preperation of the Ice-cube cherries:
Put pitted cherries in ice cube mould, fill up with water and freeze.
Mix gin, scraped vanilla pulp and cherry syrup in a cocktail shaker. Put ice cube cherries into a glass and pour the mixed drink over them. Fill up with tonic water, mix everything, add the vanilla pod and garnish with the mint.
