3 BS Black Currant Jam

8 cl Red Currant Juice

6 Blackberries

1/2 Lemon

Preparation

Put the blackberries in a shaker and muddle with a pestle. Add the juice of half a lemon and the other ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice, strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a blackberry and lemon zest.
