*Peanut-Vanilla-Syrup
Ingredients
500 ml Water
500 g Sugar
30 g Peanuts
2 Vanilla pods
Preparation
Put the peanuts in a pan with a little oil and fry them lightly until the nuts are golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside. In a saucepan, bring the water to the boil and add the sugar. Stir the liquid and the sugar together and bring to the boil briefly. Add the vanilla pods and peanuts and bring to the boil again. Remove the pot from the stove and let it simmer for about 1 hour. Then strain through a sieve into a bottle.
