Bavarica & Tonic

Ingredients

3 cl Alcohol-free wheat beer (Weißbier)

6 cl Tonic Water

1 Dash Fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Fill the stone mug with ice and vigorously pour the wheat beer in to create a nice foam. Add gin, tonic water and lemon juice and stir. Garnish the top of the froth with a lemon zest and enjoy. Cheers!
