
Basil Gin Sour
Ingredients
3 cl Lemon Juice
2 cl Sugar syrup
10-15 fresh basil leaves
1 Egg white
Preparation
Put the gin, lemon juice and basil in a shaker and use a pestle to muddle it all together. Add sugar syrup and egg white and shake vigorously on ice. For more foam, strain ice and shake again dry. Then double-strain in a tumbler or cocktail glass and garnish with basil leaves.
The cocktail can be served on ice or without ice in a glass.
