Apple Munich Mule

Ingredients

3 cl Cloudy Apple Juice

Fresh Rosemary

Preparation

Put the needles of a small sprig of rosemary in a shaker with the gin and muddle the rosemary with a pestle. Add the apple juice and shake vigorously with ice. Then double strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top up with ginger beer and garnish with an apple slice, a sprig of rosemary and some cinnamon.
