4 cl cherry syrup
1/6 vanilla pulp of 1 vanilla bean
8 frozen cherries
20 cl Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
1 twig of mint
Place pitted cherries in an ice cube tray, fill with water and freeze (alternativ: freeze pitted cherries). Shake gin, vanilla pulp and cherry syrup. Pour into a glass filled with cherry ice cubes/ frozen cherries. Top off with tonic water, stir and garnish with vanilla bean and fresh mint.
